Community Service Awards

In honor of Carol Tracy, Psi Beta Retired Executive Director

Eligibility
Open to all active Psi Beta student members and active Psi Beta chapters

Award
$100 and a certificate of recognition in each category. This year’s top student community service award winner is eligible for an Anastasi Conference Scholarship Award.

Categories
There are now 2 categories in which to enter. Any student can be nominated for the Individual Community Service Award. Any chapter can apply Chapter Community Service Award.

Requirements for Selection
A letter of recommendation from the faculty sponsor providing a 100-word written description of an outstanding community service project established and/or implemented by the applicant — either an active Psi Beta member or the Psi Beta chapter.

Cover Sheet
Name of applicant, college name and address, home address and telephone number, data of induction into Psi Beta, and the exact name under which applicant was registered at the Psi Beta national office.

Deadline
All materials must be received by the faculty advisor. The advisor should send the entry to the address below. Entries must be received by June 1st, regardless of postmark date.

Award Presentation and/or Announcement
Winners will be notified by mail, honored at the APA national convention, and in the Psi Beta Newsletter.
